kalamata olive hummus


1 can of chick peas (rinsed)

1 tablespoon tahini 

juice of 1 lemon

1 tablespoon of kalamata olives

1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

salt and pepper

Parsley to season

1 clove garlic (finely chopped)


Blend all ingredients together in a food processor / blender - add a little water if too thick
