  • Six pre-recorded modules to help you plant the roots. These will cover nutrition, lifestyle, environment, self-care, sperm health, understanding your body, and more

  • Six live coaching sessions which have a different theme. We connect, stay accountable, and answer your burning questions. Guest practitioners will also be on board to support - from fertility yoga and reflexology

  • Connect with other like-minded women and couples in your shoes. We are stronger together and amazing things can happen with collective energy!

  • A 30-minute 121 supplement review and an additional 30-minute follow-up session will be included to help keep you on track and ensure you also get some targeted support

  • The course has been designed so that you can have the flexibility of completing the course in your own time. The modules are self-study and can be completed at your own pace. The live bi-weekly Q&As will be at 6 pm on Tuesday evening

  • I totally get it. You can be as involved in the Facebook group and Q&A coaching calls as feels comfortable for you. When I started doing group work I worried that it wouldn't be as powerful as my 121 work but I realised the group work has its own power and specific things that 121 can't deliver. Working with a group often generates a shift that we don't have the power to make on our own. Having that accountability and others on the journey with us can really help to motivate and push you forward & there's power in being in it together!

  • Tuesdays at 6pm via Zoom. Some of the guest sessions may be at different times but all will be recorded if you aren’t able to make them.

  • This comes up a lot. And where I would obviously love for your partner to be involved, if that’s not going to happen, it doesn’t mean that you have to miss out on taking that empowered step and getting that guidance, accountability and support you’re so craving. And it may also help you feel less alone as getting the support of a group of like-minded women who are experiencing something similar might just be what you need.

    If you are on a solo parent journey this course will still be awesome for you.

  • I hear this one quite a lot. There is extensive research linking the impact of diet and lifestyle to improved fertility outcomes. Where the clients who come to work with me often aren’t coming from a place of cheesy wotsits for breakfast and takeaways every night, there is always room for big improvement and every client who has said this, soon realises that functional nutrition for fertility is much more than eating 5 a day.

  • You can pay in 1 payment or 3 montly instalments

  • The course is a great foundation for anyone TTC but if you have complex health conditions or diagnoses, I would recommend working with me 121 or setting up a call to see if its the right fit.

  • The programme gives you a mix of personalised support and group work but I do offer a dedicated 12 programme.
